The statement writes itself from the bookings

Pick the owner and the period. Rental activity is pulled from the reservations on their properties, per booking and per property, with total payout, your commission, and the owner's payout on every line — plus taxes collected, so nothing is quietly netted off.

Commission set once, applied everywhere

Set the rate on the owner, override it for a specific channel if your agreement differs there, and mark which fees sit outside commission. Every statement afterwards follows those rules.

Publishing is the handoff

A draft stays yours. Publishing is what the owner sees in their portal, and what a PDF is generated from — which is also the point at which management-commission splits are recorded for your team.

Payouts go where they belong

An owner who has connected their own account receives their revenue directly. Owners who haven't yet fall back to your account, and the app tells you which ones so you can ask them to finish.
