Zoom connects through OAuth against your account, so ProhostAI never sees your password.

1. Open ProhostAI and go to Settings → Connections.
2. Search for Zoom and select Connect.
3. Sign in to Zoom and approve the permissions.
4. Ask what meetings are scheduled to confirm it works.

• Recording requires it to be enabled in Zoom and, in many places, the consent of participants. Local law applies.
• Cloud recordings are what can be retrieved; local recordings on someone’s machine are not reachable.
• Zoom stays the system of record for meetings and recordings.
• Revoking ProhostAI in Zoom’s app marketplace settings ends access immediately.
