For most property businesses this is a minor channel, and it would be dishonest to claim otherwise. Rental demand rarely originates on X, and time spent there usually produces less than the same time spent on repeat guests.

There are exceptions worth naming. Operators with an industry audience, people building a business in public, and properties in cities with active local communities do get real value from it.

Connecting it removes the switching cost of posting and lets searches be run without opening the app, which is roughly proportionate to what the channel is worth to a rental business.

If you are deciding where to spend marketing effort, this is not where to start. Repeat-guest email and your own site will almost always return more, and a page that told you otherwise would be selling you something.

Twitter connects through OAuth against your account.

2. Search for Twitter (X) and select Connect.
3. Sign in to Twitter (X) and approve the permissions.
4. Ask it to search for a term to confirm it works.
