Hostify

Hostify tends to be chosen by operators managing a few dozen properties — past the point where spreadsheets work, not yet at the scale that justifies enterprise software.

That range is where guest messaging becomes the binding constraint. Thirty properties generate enough questions to occupy someone permanently, and the answers are almost entirely repetitive: check-in times, parking, wifi, whether the cot is available.

Connecting Hostify hands that repetition to the AI while the bookings stay where they are. Reservations and conversations sync across, replies come from the details of the actual stay, and anything needing judgement is escalated with the thread attached.

Hostify connects with an API key from your Hostify account, so ProhostAI never sees your password.

1. In Hostify, generate an API key from your account settings.
2. Open ProhostAI and go to Settings → Connections.
3. Search for Hostify, select Connect, and paste the key.
4. Wait for the first sync, then check your listings and upcoming reservations look right.
