Hostfully built its reputation on guidebooks before it was a property management platform, which tells you something about its users: people who care about guest experience and are willing to put effort into it. The limit on that effort is always the same — someone still has to type the answers.

Connecting Hostfully to ProhostAI removes that constraint without changing where your bookings live. Reservations and guest conversations sync across, the AI answers what it can from the details of the actual stay, and anything genuinely needing a person gets escalated with the history attached.

The operational side follows. A confirmed booking becomes a clean on the calendar and a task for whoever handles turnovers, so the gap between "Hostfully says someone arrives Friday" and "the property is ready on Friday" stops depending on somebody noticing.

Hostfully connects with an API key from your Hostfully account, so ProhostAI never sees your password.

1. In Hostfully, generate an API key from your account settings.
2. Open ProhostAI and go to Settings → Connections.
3. Search for Hostfully, select Connect, and paste the key.
4. Wait for the first sync to finish, then check that your listings and upcoming reservations look right.

• The first sync can take a few minutes on a larger portfolio. Reservations arrive before the full message history does.
• Hostfully stays the system of record for bookings. ProhostAI reads them and acts on them rather than replacing them.
• Turn Autopilot on gradually — one property, one message type — so you can see how the AI answers before it covers everything.
• Disconnecting in ProhostAI stops the sync; your Hostfully data is untouched.
