Overview

Google Tasks wins on proximity rather than features. It is already there, next to the inbox and the calendar, which for someone living in Google Workspace all day means it is the list they will actually look at.

What it lacks is any way in other than typing. A commitment made on a call has to be manually transferred, and the transfer is the step that fails when the next thing is already happening.
