Overview
Reporting to owners is one of the few genuinely unavoidable jobs in property management, and it is almost entirely assembly: pull the occupancy, pull the revenue, pull the maintenance spend, paste it into last quarter’s deck, rewrite the commentary.
With Slides connected, that first pass stops being manual. Ask for the quarterly deck for a property and ProhostAI can build it — the numbers from your data, the structure from the deck you already use — and leave it in Drive for you to sharpen. The judgement stays yours; the copying and pasting does not.
It also keeps existing decks alive. A template you present from every month can be updated in place with the current figures rather than duplicated and edited, which is how presentation folders usually end up with six similar files and no clear latest version.

Setup
Google Slides connects through Google OAuth, so ProhostAI never sees your password and you can revoke access at any time.
- Open ProhostAI and go to Settings → Connections.
- Search for Google Slides and select Connect.
- Choose the Google account that holds your presentations and approve the permissions.
- Ask it to draft an update from one of your existing decks to confirm the connection works.
Good to know
- Decks the AI produces are drafts. They are meant to save you the assembly, not to be sent unread — the commentary is where your judgement shows.
- Point it at an existing deck to copy the structure from. Given a blank start it will make reasonable choices, but matching how you already report is usually better.
- Presentations are ordinary Google Slides files with normal version history, so nothing it writes is irreversible.
- Connecting Drive as well is worth it: that is what lets the AI file the finished deck alongside the rest of the property’s documents.

Where do the numbers come from?
From your ProhostAI workspace and whatever else you have connected — reservations, revenue, cleaning and maintenance activity. The more that is connected, the less the deck needs filling in by hand.
Is the Google Slides integration free?
Yes, it is included with ProhostAI. You need a Google account with access to your presentations.
How do I disconnect Google Slides?
Open Settings → Connections in ProhostAI and disconnect it, or remove ProhostAI from the third-party access section of your Google account settings.
