Property companies run two kinds of work at once. There is the daily churn of turnovers and guest issues, and there is project work — onboarding a new building, a refurbishment, getting the portfolio ready for a season.

Asana handles the second well, and it is the second that quietly slips. Project work has no guest waiting on it, so it loses every contest against something urgent, and the plan stops matching reality within about two weeks.

Connecting Asana keeps that plan tied to what is actually happening. Tasks can be created from real events and updated as work completes, so a project stays a description of progress rather than an artefact from the day it was set up. That matters most on the projects nobody is chasing, because those are the ones where a stale plan is indistinguishable from no plan.

Asana connects through OAuth, so ProhostAI never sees your password.

1. Open ProhostAI and go to Settings → Connections.
2. Search for Asana and select Connect.
3. Sign in to Asana and approve the permissions.
4. Ask what is outstanding on a project to confirm it works.

• The AI works within the connected account’s access to workspaces and projects.
• Asana stays the system of record; ProhostAI updates it rather than keeping a parallel list.
• Project work benefits most here — daily turnovers are usually better handled by ProhostAI’s own tasks.
• Revoking ProhostAI in Asana’s apps settings ends access immediately.
