How it works
Import from your channels
Connect a channel or property management system and your listings arrive with their details already filled in. Sync status tells you at a glance whether a property is current, and what it last heard from upstream.
Tags that drive automations
A tag is more than a label here: cleaning rules, task rules, messaging rules, and team permissions can all target a tag, so adding a property to a group configures it. Deleting a tag removes the automations and permissions built on it, which is why the app warns before it does.
Owners and documents
Assign the owner, set their commission, and the property's revenue flows into that owner's statement. Documents live on the property record, so the lease or the appliance manual is where the next person looks for it.
